The staff is exceptionally nice but the quality of their work is below par. I specifically said i wanted all of my outfits dry cleaned. They came back shrunk. Lady tells me they follow label and sent my clothes off to be washed. WTF???? If i wanted them washed in warm water I have a washing machine. They refused to reimburse me price they charged me much less the cost of ruined clothes.
