The sales people promise they can do everything, but in reality the cannot do anything they say they can. They only have a few people who actually work on document conversion and they have no urgency or respect for anyone's deadlines even after being paid. They are quite good at making excuses as to why the work isn't getting done. They are unprofessional and not pleasant to work with. We are hoping to replace them soon. They are irresponsible and soon you will start to feel like you have been scammed by their sales people. Beware!
