I've been a customer for almost a year and had pretty decent service. I had to cancel a grooming appointment 1 day before service and was told I had to pay a $25 cancellation fee. I asked if the fee could be waived since I had never canceled last minute before. I was told by Kayla, "we have a business to run" so they did not waive the fee. I even mentioned that $25 is not worth losing a loyal customer. She still insisted that the manager would not waive the fee. I'm very disappointed that I had to write this review, but I believe in customer service and that fee is a small price to pay for loyalty and maintaining a business relationship. And to her comment about having a business to run, there could have been some type of courtesy extended to keep me as a customer even if it was just a free nail trim or something to show appreciation. I probably would've stayed if the treatment would have been accommodating and fair. I paid the fee immediately following that conversation with her, but I will take my business and my money to a company who values their customers more than $25 worth.

Mike has been grooming my little dog for at least ten years. He is great with her, does a wonderful, professional job. He is always on time and his fee is reasonable for this area. I trust him to take good and gentle care with her.

Wow! This is the first time Mike has groomed our little old dog. We were very impressed. It was the quickest she's ever been groomed, and by far the best haircut she's ever had! We'll definitely ask him back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend our pet owning friends.
