I had previously written a very bad review about this company because I had it confused thinking this was a different company by the name of HEAVENLY SENT TRANSPORTATION. I was looking in the yellow pages for Heavenly Sent Transportation to call and report the bad service I had received from the driver. Heavenly Sent Transportation is a Medicaid transportation provider. This company, Heaven Sent is a regular taxi cab service. After thinking I had found the telephone number to Heavenly Sent Transportation, I found out from the owner of Heaven Sent Transportation that I had the wrong company. I explained to the owner of Heaven Sent Transportation about the horrible experience I had received from the other company. Heavenly Sent Transportation must be a very horrible company because the owner of Heaven Sent Transportation said he has received several mistaken calls from other people who thought they were calling about Heavenly Sent Medicaid Transportation company. After speaking to the owner of Heaven Sent Transportation, I realized that the owner of this company is a very nice, polite professional man. He even gave me suggestions on who I should make contact with in order to professionally report the unprofessional driver for the Medicaid provider company HEAVENLY SENT TRANSPORTATION.

So rude & unprofessional. The driver lied about calling me & wanted me to stand outside in the rain with my newborn even though my apartment was on the street side of the complex. She was late & lied twice about how far she was. Worst customer service ever so I decided to just catch a cab.
