For all ages and sizes, male and female, Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you fast results! It's a calorie-burning dance party! Jazzercise will help you get into shape and get healthier as you have fun working out, dance party style. Low impact and high impact is always shown for each song you dance too. Enjoy a fun cardio session and then end your workout with strength and stretching.
