A+ company, very helpful,

Honestly at first thought Kenny was a good guy - but they are an operation of “OPPORTUNISTS” that’s the truth - just nickels & dimers , who take advantage of a situation when customer is helpless !! At 4:30am , my car broke down as alternator died while driving on the I-10 West Bound towards New Orleans - car failed me about 1/4 mile from the Slidell, La exit - Naturally, I called 911 , just as if anyone would do as I sat in pitch blackness on highway ,in cold , over an hour until Flatbed & Kenny arrived - State Trooper was there almost immediately after I called and was AWESOME in keeping lane closed & me safe from getting smashed by a Big Rig on Highway by having lights on non-stop ! Kenny arrived , pulled me up & drove me 3/4 miles TOPS to Paul’s Repair Shop at 756 Brownswitch Road ( Paul is EXCELLENT !!) but upon dropoff Kenny says to me I called State Troopers so it’s additional fees, etc bullshit like he knew he’d get away with and charged me $182.79 for a 3/4 mile pulloff Highway tow !! THATS JUST ROBBERY ! I I even said to him, ‘“ Is there a sign out there on dark highway, amongst the hogs with your number on it that I missed !” 😂 I hope the extra $100 , that Is wipe my ass with , was worth this TRUE & ACCURATE Yelp Report for you - if you were intelligent at all you’d be able to see that the Gorgeous $50K Custom BMW 650i Convertible that you Flatbedded & my demeanor of gratitude when you did finally show up , would’ve told you , just be cool with me & I would’ve given you the extra $50 / $100 ! I leave that kind of tip to a doorman at bar !! My voice even says ‘TRUE NEW YORKER’ everyone Knows we are FAR FROM CHEAP you idiot - this guy / company is horrible !

Be aware!! Ask for detailed pricing prior to using service!!
They charged $19.00 to store vehicle for 3hrs 3mins, $19.35 in gas for approx 10 miles, administrative fee $25.00??, a letter fee $4.95--I never received a letter--????
Then towing price!!
On top of it they towed an additional car at the same time!!!
My suggestion is find an honest establishment!!!
I will not use this service again
To the owners: I would like to receive MY LETTER I PAID FOR!!
