Too bad there are not and negative stars to rate Hans' Repair Service, because this shop deserves -100 stars. Why that rating you ask? Because any company that would do unauthorized repairs on lawnmowers, then call you on the phone tell you that your bill is hundreds of dollars more that quoted, and then tell you that they do this all the time as a service for all their customers, should go back to school to learn what ethics are all about. Not to mention, they even charged me for work they did not perform. Stay away from this place!
