Extremely bad service, rude pissy employees, especially the owner. Will never go back to this place again.

the people who actually work on your car are very nice and do an ok job ( but my car smelled like sweat when It was done) but the woman who works at the desk is rude, uncouth, and has pitiful customer service skills. They charged me 20 dollars more for an oil change than at the Toyota dealership and then had the nerve to charge me extra because they said that I drive an SUV.... When did a Prius become an SUV? I will never go there again.
